Short term accommodation for participants and a real break for carers, in homes built for high support needs. We work directly with support coordinators and plan managers on funding and support arrangements.

A change of scene, new routines, a taste of independence — in a home where nothing fights back. Most respite options are retrofits; ours are purpose-built, so the stay is about enjoying it, not adapting to it.
Respite only works when the family at home isn't managing logistics all week. We confirm care arrangements, equipment and routines before arrival, so the break is real on both ends.
Short stays double as auditions — a participant considering long-term specialist housing can experience a comparable home first. It's the strongest matching tool there is.
Dates, support needs, accessibility must-haves and how the plan is managed — agency, plan or self-managed. A two-minute conversation or the enquiry form starts it.
We quote so the budget check is easy: what's included, what isn't, and what happens if dates shift. Plan managers and coordinators can come straight to us with questions.
Personal care arrangements, equipment, medication lists, support-worker accommodation — locked in ahead of time, so day one starts as a stay rather than a setup exercise.
Professional clean before and after, a responsive team during, and a home that's inspection-ready every day it hosts.
Accessible homes book out first — especially school holidays. Quotes can be held while funding is confirmed.
Enquire now Browse homesShort Term Accommodation generally covers the stay and its associated supports for a funded period — accommodation and, depending on the arrangement, personal care, food and activities. The participant's plan is always the source of truth; our quotes are written so the funding check is easy.
Yes — many of our homes include a dedicated support-worker room. Tell us the support arrangement when you enquire and we'll match a home where the whole team fits comfortably.
STA is designed for short blocks — from a weekend up to a couple of weeks at a time, depending on the plan and purpose. For stays running weeks to months, Medium Term Accommodation is usually the better fit.
Ask us the specifics — doorway widths, hoist type and rooms, bed heights, sensory environment, backup power. Every home's features are documented, and we'd rather say "a different home suits better" than have a stay half-work.
General information only — not NDIS advice. Funding depends on the participant's plan; check current NDIS guidance or ask your support coordinator. Related reading: how STA funding works and choosing respite that works.
