We review the home's design category, enrolment status, location and current provider arrangement, and confirm short stays are a fit. You get a written income estimate and a clear yes/no.
We sit down with your SDA provider and agree the ground rules in writing: how stays run, how trial stays feed their placement pipeline, notice periods, and exactly what happens when a long-term participant is found.
Furnishing (or a review of what's there), photography, listings across our STA/respite, MTA, corporate and insurance channels, guest vetting, support coordination, cleaning and maintenance — all managed by us.
You receive income monthly with a plain-English report. When your provider confirms a participant, we wind down bookings on the agreed notice and hand the home back ready for move-in. Many owners keep us on standby for future gaps.
